Collide

I really appreciate all of the encouragement people sent my way in response to the launch of this new website/blog. In the future I hope to share more than once a week, but for now I give you this week's post!

Last week I had the opportunity to grab a few shots at Collide's weekly gathering. Collide is the student ministry at my church, Brentwood Church. Collide is an incredible environment where students are encouraged to grow in their faith through worship, teachings, and small groups. Not only are they guided in their own journey, but they are encouraged to be an example of Christ's love to their friends and family. 

The band kicked off the evening with a cover of Imagine Dragons' song "Radioactive". Dylan killed the vocal and my good buddy Tyler was shredding on the electric guitar. 

Brett Clubb is the Student Pastor at Brentwood Church and does a phenomenal job of leading this ministry. 

After worship, a couple of games, and a teaching from Brett, students have the opportunity to participate in small groups led by college students and adult volunteers. Brentwood is helping equip these students to have a huge impact on their generation. I love getting to witness this incredible movement of God in our church.
